This is a beautiful little unit that is the entire down stairs of our 1940’s bungalow. 3 min walk to the train, the cafes and the shops in Ellerslie village. Included in the rent is fibre internet, power and water. Unit has its own entry and a garden with established fruit trees and our most recent tenants (leaving only due to work visa not being renewed) have established a bountiful vege garden. The lawns and garden maintainence are the responsibility of the Tennant. A nice shaded private deck is perfect for a bbq and outdoor chairs for your morning coffee or cold beer after doing the lawns. The unit is not suitable for those that entertain loudly as they share the property with us. There is a massive bedroom with 2 double wardrobes, a full bathroom with fantastic water pressure. There are cooking facilities - however no oven. You would be welcome to put a small bench top convection oven or microwave in if the elements provided are not ‘masterchef’ enough. A seperate lounge opens via French doors to the deck and gets the morning sun. There will be a minimum term of 1 year, so not suitable for short stints. There is a fridge and washing machine and we may have some furniture you would be welcome to use. No dogs, outside smokers ok. Unit is not suitable for children and only 2 adults.
