The unit is attached to the downstairs house through 1 door entry and has its own access outside. It has 2 great big sized bedrooms, a kitchenette area and a bathroom. Depending on what is preferable we could keep the door to the main house shut for privacy or you could have access to the main house. The unit will have a fridge/freezer, cooking appliances, a washing machine and basic whiteware as needed. This unit is for a max of 2 people. This can all be discussed on application as to what would suit everyone best! This can also be discussed as to whether this will be needed for the self contained unit or if you would like to clean it yourselves. The 1 house rule that there can be no exception to is the no shoes on inside rule! Shoes will need to be taken off at the door and put on the shoe rack. Bills will be split evenly between all the housemates. There will likely end up being 9 housemates total including the semi detached unit downstairs so bills should be low. I estimate no more than $30 each per week. The house will only be available to view on the 13/14 Jan and open to move in from 15 Jan but I'm happy to meet up with people before then to get to know people and see if its a good fit!
