I have put in a new kitchen and bathroom for them over the past 2-3 years. The house is elevated and, as you can see, the house has lovely views across the valley to the hills. The 3 bedrooms are all doubles and there are lovely rimu floors throughout (although we have carpeted the master bedroom). The house has a heat pump + full insulation. My preference is for another family or professionals but I would prefer not to have a group of young people/students. There is no OSP but Fox Street is a nice quiet street and there is plenty of parking there.
