This property is located in Havelock North, Hastings, Hawkes Bay,NZ. The house has House is fully furnished apart from bedroom.. Currently we have 2 existing flatmates. Two mid twenties working males. <br />both clean and tidy<br />Ph/txt 0273147334. For parking,On street, In driveway , Garage by arrangement. 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

-Tidy 3-bedroom flatting situation in a recently redecorated house.
-You must like dogs as there is a mid-sized Lab cross and a puppy that both are somewhat inside pets.
-Fully furnished, apart from the bedroom advertised which will require a double bed if you’re a couple. There is a single bed available for a single person. The couple price is $200.
-The rent is inclusive of power, internet, and wood for either the indoor fireplace or outdoor 'mac daddy' BBQ.
-Bond is two weeks rent in advance.
-Viewing can be arranged in the evenings after 5 or the weekend.
No pets.
