House is fully furnished apart from the bedroom. You will have the second lounge (with tv and couch) pretty much to yourself and use of the main bathroom which you will also have mostly to yourself as we have an ensuite (although we may use it for the occasional bath and for guests).

We are 15 minutes from Pukekohe town and Papakura town and 30 mins to Auckland Airport and Auckland CBD (no traffic). If you like bush walking and waterfalls, the Hunua Ranges are 20 mins drive.

Rent is $220 p/w plus expenses. Water is free (unless we run out, which has never happened but possible in a dry summer with an extra person). 1/3 share of power, internet (which is rural wireless 240GB) etc. Shared dinners can be discussed if interested.
