We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our sunny, modern 4 bedroom home in Wakatu area to share with 2 females working full time, in their late 20's - early 30's. Double garage, lovely outdoor area with large deck, inside the house is big and spacious, large kitchen, lounge with all the modern furnishings. Cost is $160 per week plus expenses (power & WiFi). Ideally we would like a mature flatmate (mid 20's and above) who is working or studying full time who has their own hobbies and interests but also enjoys to socialize every now and then :)
