This property is located in Wellington Central, Wellington, Wellington,NZ. The house has Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, gas range. Currently we have 3 existing flatmates.. For parking,One covered car park. 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.

We're looking for someone to join our flat! The room available is a big internal room with a double wardrobe, it can fit a king sized bed with room for other furniture. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. The flat itself is a sunny, spacious 2 story apartment in the center of town, a short walk from Courtenay Place.

You will be living with one girl and two guys in their early-mid twenties. We are looking for someone around the same age.

Ima 26 year old Scotsman, working in Oil and Gas New Zealand wide and Offshore.

Ive spent the last six months living in various work sites and traveling alot. Im looking for a room in a decent inner city suburb with some friendly, outgoing flatmates and your place looks great.

Ideal flatmates would be people who work hard and enjoy there time off, socialise together occasionally rather than just co exist. I enjoy gigs, weekends away and keeping fit to list a few.

Im more than happy to do my share of cleaning and always tidy up after myself.

Ill lightly be at work for a week or two at a time so wont be around all the time.
