One room of this 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom property rent for $280 Per Week. Botanical gardens, cafes/restaurants, New World, short walk to city center in the area. We want flatmates sociable, chilled, enjoys hanging out in the evenings.

This property is located in Thorndon, Wellington, Wellington,NZ. The house has fridge/freezer, microwave, washer, dryer etc. Currently we have 1 existing flatmate. chilled, sociable engineer. For parking,Garage available to rent separately. 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom.

I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment in Thorndon. It’s right by the Botanical Gardens and an easy walk into town, so ideal for someone working at the government end of town.

The apartment is the top of four, so no noise from above. It gets all day sun and will be mostly furnished (fridge/freezer, microwave, washer, dryer, lounge furniture etc). It also has a balcony which I am planning on filling with plants!!

The room will fit a double bed but would be better with a single (I can provide a single bed if needed). It also has a built in wardrobe and lots of natural light.

I’m looking for someone who is going to be social and hang out in the evenings. I’m a big fan of playing games, chatting and pizza :)

The rent will be $280 + $25 expenses per week with one weeks rent as bond. The expenses will cover the standards utilities plus shared items (e.g. cleaning products, loo roll, milk, flour, sugar etc). There is also a garage for rent separately if required. The room will be available from March 18th (or potentially 11th March but TBC).
