This property is located in City Centre, Auckland City, Auckland,NZ. The house has Fridge, washing machine, TV, toaster/mi­ni-oven, microwave, and single bed with 1 set of linen.. Currently we have 1 existing flatmate. Mid-20's guy, working full-time, studying part-time.. For parking,Street parking, renting a carpark etc.. 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.

After almost 2 years, my flatmate has decided to move on to bigger and better things - her single bedroom is now available.

*Location: On tree-lined, serene Eden Crescent, this apartment is directly opposite the UoA Law School , and is a maximum of 10 minutes to everything you could need or want in Auckland CBD (nearby are Countdown, Spark Arena, Queen Street and Britomart for various eating and shopping places etc.).
*Your bedroom: Has single bed & bedding, wardrobe, and a large window with venetian blinds. The first photo of the bedroom shows it as it is currently i.e. with current tenant's stuff. The second one shows what it was like before she moved in i.e. what it would look like when you move in (the bedding you see in this photo is for your use, it will be freshly laundered before you move in).
*Your bathroom: Would be all yours to use, as I have my own ensuite in my bedroom.
*Interior: The entire unit was repainted and re-carpeted only about 2 years ago - it has been kept tidy and maintained well and you would feel as if you were living in a newish apartment. Large windows and views of the ocean bring about a calming and relaxing vibe to the flat.
*Rent: $280 per week, ALL INCLUSIVE of power, water, and internet expenses. 4 weeks of bond required (fully refundable if no damage caused etc.) and 1 week rent to be paid in advance; no letting fees.
*You: Would pay on time, are tidy and able to clean up after yourself, prefer to socialise outside, wouldn't be doing any heavy cooking (are more than welcome to use the microwave and toaster/mini-over however), and are friendly and not too weird. Ideally you would be looking to stay long-term.
