The house owner is moving out from New Zealand.
We are looking for a long-term flatmate who could stay at least 1 year or more for the master room.
The spacious house is only 7 years old and locates in Fairview Heights which is the very safe suburb and near to the state highway 1. It locates in a very quiet no-exit street.
This bedroom with its own bathroom to be rent is very cozy and dry with comfortable queen size bed and wardrobe.

The rent includes electricity, water, gas and unlimited internet.
p.s. An electrical heater is not allowed to use unless you pay the extra money for the electricity.
The dining area and the kitchen are for share but not the oven and dishwasher. We prefer less cooking flatmate. The laundry and wash machine in the garage is for share.
Cooking curry and other strong smell cooking is not acceptable.
No pets or smokers.
