Other Informations: Our three bedroom town house is located in a small culdesac just off Lincoln Road (a stone throw away from AMI Stadium/Horncastle Arena). The property opens onto a beautiful sunny reserve. The flat is fully equipped with all you need to live and entertain comfortably. The available bedroom is a small sized double (3.1 M wide and 3.2 M L) and is by far the quietest and warmest room in the house. You'll easily fit a double/queen bed, bedside tables and drawers. Also has a built in wardrobe. You'd be living with two girls, mid twenties, both young professionals. We enjoy hanging out together after work, but are also quite independent. Not a party/noisy flat. We're looking for someone of similar age 23-28, who doesn't mind the feline species (we have a 3 year old ginger cat), is respectful/clean and down for the odd drink, dinner out or TV/film binge sess. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Room is available from the 2nd of July. The lease ends on the 10th of Jan, but you're more than welcome to renew.
