Furnishings and Appliance: It's fully furnished include the bedroom. The downstairs has, for you, a large bedroom plus own bathroom plus sitting area. Nice sunny private quiet room. Sea view. Built in bedroom wardrobe plus storage in sitting area. Downstairs also has an entrance of its own. Bed can be provided if you do not have your own. Expenses $15 per week for power & water. If desired and if available $10 per week for internet.

Current Flatmates: Currently we only have one flatmate. One working female in upstairs of house. For parking,Offstreet outdoor parking available.
