Current Flatmates: Currently we have 3 flatmates. Daughter aged 3 Son aged 12 Mum 42. For parking,Plenty off street parking..

Other Informations: Single mum self employed with 3 year old and 12 year old who lives week on week off with his dad. The 3 year old stays with me full time. I work fulltime and am mainly home nights and some weekends. Lonely and expensive by myself. Still re-establishing after break up. Would love a housemate with a child friendly dog that will eat all the crap my toddler drops on the floor. Really big room with own separate bathroom. Happy to consider anyone. Utilities, power, water wifi etc extra approx $30 a week.

I am a 49 year old male married with with one child, relocated to Albany, I work in Sunnyvale as a cook at a Resthome and hospital. Since i dont have a full license it is difficult to travel to work for early morning shifts.
