The home is located in Portobello Dunedin. It has plenty of space, a large yard, 2 minute walk from beach, shops, doctors, etc. Also two minutes walk to bus stop which run every hour to town. I am looking for either flatmates to help cover costs, or to swap this house for s small place in the same area.

  Hey looking at moving to dunedin in the new year. I'm a quite and tidy person. Room to be unfurnished, as I'll get my gear down there. I have a lab x who is 4yrs old, he is a inside dog at night but on good days will be outside. Who will come with me. So need a good fencing. Off street parking too. Will have full time job. Looking at $200pw or less ( including power and internet).
