This property is located in Mount Roskill, Auckland City, Auckland,NZ. The house has Couch, fridge, kitchen stuff, normal house stuff here, if u need room furnished that can be arranged. Currently we have 2 existing flatmates. Easy going couple. For parking,On street & 1 off street. 4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

We are above a cool dairy & over looking a park with Mt Eden & Dominion rd really close. 1 couple. We are friendly, easy going, like a drink & a bit of a laugh & pretty much down for most things. Only real requirements are that rent must be paid on time & no dramas.

We are moving in this week & there will be 2 bedrooms downstairs available, one has a door to outside, can fit double bed drawers & another larger room next to it. If a bed etc needed that can be arranged. 2 other rooms upstairs 1 is ours off the lounge & another that we might keep as a spare room. Open plan kitchen/lounge dining area, with a dishwasher! Bathroom with shower & separate bath, seperate toilet.

Short or long term ok.
