Other Informations: The house is fully furnished with new furnishings that are only 9 months old. This includes: Heat pump Dishwasher Huge fridge freezer Dryer Microwave All cutlery, crockery, & bakeware etc. We have blenders, mixers, a toastie sandwich maker, a rice cooker - everything! The house has two pantries so everybody has an entire shelf all to themselves for their food. Same with the fridge/freezer. It is huge so there is enough room for everybody to have heaps of space to themselves. We also have two bathrooms so you only have to share your bathroom with two other people. Cleaning & lawn mowing is taken care of by a professional service. You also get free access to a private gym which is located in the garage. The room has access to UNLIMITED INTERNET & NETFLIX and has WIFI & a wall connection to the fastest fibre internet option currently available in Christchurch. The room also has wall connections to the outside aerial for Freeview HD television reception. There is a television for the lounge but it is currently in the gym as nobody was using it in the lounge, but it can be put back in the lounge permanently by request. If you need a furnished room the room currently has a single bed, large desk, chair, & bedside table. These items are only 9 months old. If you would like the room with these items it is an additional $10 per week. Anything else you may need can be provided on request. We are very clean, tidy, quiet people & are looking for someone who is looking for this type of living environment. This is not a 'party house'. We would preferably like someone who is looking for a room for 9 months or longer.
