MASSIVE sunny room in a large spacious house. The room has 3 wardrobes and has windows on 3 sides of the room soaking up the sun all day long.
The house has a large lounge with a balcony coming off of it, big sized kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath tub!)
$130 a week includes rent, power (to an extent) and unlimited WiFi. Bond is $260.
Currently learning how to grow a vege garden, so you will be in time for the tomatoes to be in peak season (I guess it's not very exciting if you don't like tomatoes though).
Current flatties are 2 full time workers in their late 20's.
If you like meeting neighbours, they are darlings and always love a good chat.
