Garage may be available. 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms.

Carpeted room with optional private entrance and small, private deck, built-in storage and wardrobe plus thermal curtains. There is ample room for (for example) a queen bed, a desk and a love-seat.

Wake up to birdsong in our leafy neighbourhood and enjoy walks to One Tree Hill, Three Kings and, Mt Eden if you are ambitious

Our home is a two-story villa with a peaceful, lovely feel, lots of warm wood and open, communal spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped including gas hob and 3 fridges. The garden feels park-like and includes an organic veggie patch. A communal piano lives here.
In the garage there is room for some storage and possibly for a car.

We are an eclectic group of friendly, caring people, creating a sense of community together. We share chores and occasionally meals and we all contribute to keeping our home very clean and tidy.

We seek a person who is responsible, community-minded, tidy, healthy, kind and especially, fun. Good communication skills are important in a home like this.
Cat appreciation is a plus.
Sorry, NO couples, no kids and no pets. We already have two couples, and a feline with a big presence.
