One room of this 5 Bedroom 1 Bathroom property rent for $150 Per Week. We want flatmates Friendly, relaxed, good natured, the usual good stuff!.
This property is located in Roseneath,Wellington,Wellington,,NZ. The house has The flat is fully furnished (other than a TV, but that's kind of deliberate), the room comes empty. Currently we have 4 existing flatmates. 3 guys, late 20's to mid 30's. chilled out & friendly. For parking,We've a carport, although currently taken up by a scooter and a motorbike. 5 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

The room is $150 per week plus $25 expenses, so $175 all up per week. The room can comfortably fit a double bed (it can also fit a queen but it would probably dominate the space a bit, although there's also a built in wardrobe and room for drawers etc). Bond is $300.

You would be moving to a fairly quiet neighbourhood on the Roseneath hillside, with a view from the balcony that looks out the the Miramar peninsula. Town is a 20 - 30 minute walk away along the waterfront.


There are currently three male flatmates, late 20's to mid 30's, all working (although one has been studying till now), plus there will be one other as we have two rooms going (look for ad for the Roseneath room priced for $178).
