This property is located in Mount Albert, Auckland City, Auckland,NZ. The house has Bedroom is unfurnished. Anything else is provided.. Currently we have 3 existing flatmates. Early/late 30s professional full time workers. For parking,Plenty off on street parking. off street parking negotiable. 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

We have a double room for mid to long-term rent located in Mt Albert. The house is located off from the main road along the summit.

We're looking for a VERY clean and tidy male working professional, aged early/mid 30s+.

Current housemates: 3 guys on their early/mid 30s. very chill and easy going. We occasionally get together for drinks and food at home.

About the house:
4 bedroom house; 2 bathrooms and 1 downstairs toilet.
House is fully furnished (indoor and outdoor furniture, washing, dryer, coffee machine, etc). The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space. You will share bathroom with 2 others.

Unfurnished Double sized with built in wardrobe.

Off street with your own car park spot!

Rent:
$225 paid weekly. Includes cost to cover broken glass, plates and house necessities.
