Currently we have 1 existing flatmate. Fun, friendly, relaxed professional woman (early 50s). Young energy and tend to be out most weekends.

Gorgeous, upmarket apartment with amazing views of the sea and Lake Pupuke, and close to Thorne Bay. Incredibly relaxing vibe - like being on permanent holiday... :-)
My lovely flatmate is leaving in April, so the apartment will only be available from 13th April.
On Hurstmere Rd, the apartment is within easy walking distance of Takapuna and Milford, and close to public transport. It’s a 1-minute walk to the bus stop and 20 minutes to the city - super convenient.
The room is beautifully furnished and decorated with a comfortable queen-size bed, side-table (with drawers), lamp, dressing-table and stool, chest of drawers and laundry basket (see pics). Linen and towels are provided, but happy for you to bring your own if you’d prefer.
Apartment has the usual whiteware, together with huge TV and MySky (all channels bar Rialto) and a great kitchen with most of the amenities if you’re into cooking.
Rent is inclusive of unlimited wifi, power and water. I keep the apartment clean and tidy, but usually get a cleaner in once a month or so to do the hard yards.
Looking for a relaxed, friendly, professional person around 30+ who’s employed fulltime and is clean and tidy. Open to men and women, and celebrate people from all walks of life; however, the accommodation is not suitable for couples and no smokers (no exceptions).
Please note that the apartment does not have any garage or storage space at all.
Two week's as bond and the first week's rent is required to secure.
