The available room is a small double bed room (260cms wide, 290cms long). It easily fits a double bed, and a couple of drawers. The room has a big wardrobe.
We are 3 females (late 20s to 40) who like to socialise in the evenings but otherwise we live quite independently.
We are looking for someone who is tidy and independent, but also enjoys socialising, the occasional social cooking and chilling out in front of the TV.
Current housemates are all in full time work Mon-Fri therefore looking for someone in a similar situation.
Moving cost are 2 weeks rent in advance as well as bond of 2 weeks rent. Bills are 25$ per week for power, internet, sky and cleaning products.
The house is close to main transport routes, parks and shops.
