More about us: We are a 36 year old professional couple with 3 children arriving in NZ on 19 December. I work in the health sector and my husband works in IT. I have accepted a job offer and will be starting 1 January 2020. We are looking for a f,short term furnished rental from the day we arrive until more or less January.
My ideal area is: We will prefer living in Napier near good primary and intermediate schools.
My ideal amenities: We will not have our own furniture for the first part of January until our container arrives. We hope for a basically furnished house with beds, washing facilities and daily amenities.
My ideal landlord: We hope for an owner that will allow us to feel welcome from the start.
