$245/week 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. A room is available in a comfortable, sunny, warm and quiet 2-bedroom unit on Brook St, across the road from the North Shore Hospital. There is a separate shower over bath and toilet. Separate laundry area, two off-street parking spaces and a single garage that is currently used for storage. The unit is fully furnished by the current tenant, but the room is unfurnished. It has a built-in wardrobe and it is at the rear part of the unit facing the backyard. It is not suitable for a couple, unfortunately.
